Du persil tubéreux il me semble en avoir acheté au Delhaize. Du cerfeuil tubéreux je n'ai jamais entendu parler. Tu pourrais aussi essayer dans une boutique bio, ils sont spécialistes pour tout ce qui sort un peu de notre ordinaire.
IMG_5431.jpg Le persil tubéreux est un légume " oublié " qu'on peux mettre dans la soupe , tandis que le cerfeuil tubéreux ( " oublié " lui aussi ) est cher , 14 euro du kilo , et on en fait de délicats desserts .
Delhaize me réponds qu'ils ne savent plus en avoir .
J'en trouve sur le net , mais des sites situés à l'étranger , on ne sait où !
