comme la recette chicon au gratin au jambon, je le fais un jour d'avance, ainsi je récupére le jus et je fais une sauce blanche, lait, maizena noix de muscade, fromage râpée , je mets la sauce sur mon plat et je recouvre encore de fromage râpée.
